With such long winters, the summer months become Sweden’s best time to socialize and enjoy the natural atmosphere. Throughout the month of June, there are strawberry shops open on every corner. I enjoyed the beauty of the flower crown tradition, where they weave wildflowers and grass into colorful crowns. Walking throughout the forest path on the midsummer holiday was both relaxing and a unique experience. On this day, people of all ages get together to celebrate the longest day of the summer. This festivity is both celebrated before and after the exact day. There are celebrations and picnics where families gather to enjoy the warm weather!
